Race morning temperatures in Vancouver are usually cool in October. The scenic and fast 10KM race starts at Granville Island and loops over the Burrard Bridge to the Seawall, before turning at Science World and heading back along the Seawall to the energetic Finish Line on Granville Island. Please be careful while racing!

Enjoy the event! Stay alert.
Yellow
Slow down. Prepare for the conditions.
Red
Observe Warnings and Event Updates.
Black
Participation Stopped. Follow Instructions.
This Event Alert System is a standardized protocol to ensure participants are prepared for race conditions. Race status signs will be placed at the event, plus shared here on the site and social. This simple, standardized status is updated by race organizers in consultation with meteorologists and other officials.
Runners, volunteers, and supporters are encouraged to watch for event updates and plan accordingly.
